Products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty as mentioned in the product details.
Ansh Enterprises is not liable for damages caused due to improper handling, third-party installation, or natural calamities.
Service warranties are subject to the scope of agreement signed at the time of purchase.

5. User Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate site details for installation.
Necessary permissions (government or local) must be arranged by the client unless agreed otherwise.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the system post-installation unless covered under AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Energy generation depends on weather, site location, and system maintenance; hence performance guarantees are subject to these conditions.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, text, images, and designs) is the property of Ansh Enterprises and cannot be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Amendments

9. Governing Law
